Driving to Red River 

Driving to Red River is always a great experience, with scenic views that transform the journey into a mini-adventure. Once you arrive, you'll find that parking is free, allowing you to start your exploration right away. Additionally, the local Red River Miners Transit shuttle service is complimentary, allowing you to navigate the charming streets and access all that Red River has to offer without any hassle. Whether you're headed to the ski slopes or a local restaurant, Red River makes it simple to enjoy your visit.

Public Transportation

Public transportation is available via the North Central Regional Transit District. The signature RTD Blue Buses provide riders with connections to New Mexico Rail Runner, Santa Fe Trails, New Mexico Park and Ride, Los Alamos Atomic City Transit, Taos Chile Line and Red River Miner’s Transit. All of its buses are ADA accessible and equipped with bicycle racks. 

Air Transportation

Red River Ski & Summer Area is centrally located between multiple airports in New Mexico and Colorado. For the closest options choose one of the many daily flights into the Albuquerque International Sunport, or try the flights into Taos Regional Airport from Austin, Dallas, Los Angles, and Carlsbad via JSX or Denver via Contour Airlines. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
