Winter Refund Policy

If you are unsure how many days you will be skiing and snowboarding or participating in activities, we encourage purchasing items daily as Red River Ski & Summer Area will not issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited too, unused days or sessions of any of our products. Any changes in itineraries will be credited toward future purchases. All sales are final. 

Summer Refund Policy

If you are unsure how many days you will be participating in activities, we encourage purchasing items daily as Red River Ski & Summer Area will not issue refunds for unused days or sessions of Lift Tickets, Hidden Treasure Aerial Park, Summer Mountain Tubing, or Pioneer Flyer Seated Zip Line. If a customer does not receive the full value of an experience due to inclement weather, we will rebook the activity or provide a voucher to be used for a different date. All sales are final.
