Winter Refund & Cancellation Policy
Red River Ski & Summer Area will not issue refunds for unused days or sessions of Lift Tickets, Rentals, Lessons, or Winter Tubing under any circumstances including weather, travel conditions, injury, or illness. All sales are final.
Multi-day Lift Tickets and Rentals are date specific and must be used consecutively beginning on the first date selected at time of purchase. Refunds or credit vouchers will not be issued for unused days under any circumstances including weather, travel conditions, injury, or illness. All sales are final.
Guests with reservations can receive a full refund, no questions asked, if canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are canceled 13 days or less prior to arrival will not be eligible for any refund or credit voucher.
Summer Activity Refund Policy
Red River Ski & Summer Area will not issue refunds for unused rides or sessions of the Scenic Summer Chairlift, Pioneer Flyer Seated Zip Line, Summer Mountain Tubing, Hidden Treasure Aerial Park, or Mini Golf. All sales are final.
Scenic Summer Chairlift | Pioneer Flyer Seated Zip Line | Summer Mountain Tubing | Mini Golf
If the Scenic Summer Chairlift, Pioneer Flyer Seated Zip Line, Summer Mountain Tubing, or Mini Golf close for 60 minutes or more consecutively, unused rides or sessions will be valid during the remainder of summer operations in 2021. Please keep your original ticket to redeem those unused rides or sessions, lost tickets cannot be reissued. If an activity reopens and you complete the remaining rides or sessions, no further action is needed.
Hidden Treasure Aerial Park
- Hidden Treasure Aerial Park will operate in light to moderate rain, sleet, or snow.
- In the case of inclement weather such as lightening, heavy hail, or any other weather condition deemed unsafe by our staff, we may temporarily close the course for guest safety. Guests will be invited to wait indoors until a predetermined amount of time has passed, at which point you may return to the course to complete the remainder of your session time.
- The zip line on the third level is dependent upon wind conditions. Wind conditions will be constantly evaluated by staff members and can change very rapidly. The zip line can close even in sunny conditions if the wind is too strong. In the case of strong winds, the zip line may close while the main course will continue to operate. If the course continues to operate, and the zip line must be closed due to wind, no refunds or vouchers will be issued.
- If a guest completes less than 60 minutes of their session on Hidden Treasure Aerial Park due to a weather related closure, guests will receive a voucher for one session that will be valid during the remainder of Hidden Treasure Aerial Park operations in 2021.
